Imagine Your Life As A Perfectly Written Novel

Image
Shirzad Chamine offers a wonderful coaching experience. I am currently on a year long training experience which is teaching me so much. I am excited to be able to share what I am learning with my coaching clients very soon. Today the activity was to imagine my life as a perfectly written novel complete with the chapters of my life that I have learned from. We tend to label certain chapters as 'good ' or 'bad' but I am learning that nothing we experience is wasted. I believe that if we learn something that really helps us we can share it with others so more and more people can benefit. Soon I will be inviting 5 people to share a wonderful coaching experience with me. I am really looking forward to that.

Cloud Thought 23~ The Last Alarm Clock

Image
The Last Alarm Clock: This cloud thought is presented to you on the day in 2018 when the clocks went back an hour in UK. This is a day when we become more aware of time passing than ever. This is because we are physically altering our clocks by an hour.  Many of us got an extra hour in bed and some of us were lucky enough to wake up when we were good and ready without the need for an alarm clock. This got me thinking… One day we will hear an alarm clock go off for the last time. We do not know when that day will be. One day we will see our last sunset, smell coffee for the last time, taste Christmas cake or feel the smooth fur of our much-loved pet. We do not know when these days will arrive, and we probably won’t have much advanced warning that these days are approaching or much say in the matter. We may not have much control over the end of our lives, but we do have more control over the way we live our lives now than we imagine. If you think about it, life is an incred
